The 2022 legislative session is moving into budget mode.

On Wednesday, a divided Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee approved a higher education budget proposal.

On Monday, the committee will take up K-12.

In this week’s podcast, Kevin Richert interviews two JFAC members: Rep. Wendy Horman, R-Idaho Falls, and Sen. Jim Woodward, R-Sagle.
