Who doesn’t love kids and goats? The EdNews photo contest winner has both!
A picture taken of a 2-year-old while feeding the goats at Babby Farms won Teresa Perkins a $100 Amazon gift card and some Idaho EdNews swag from the Idaho EdNews photo contest. Perkins is a teacher at Vision Charter School in Caldwell.
Perkins, an educator of 22 years, submitted the photo on the EdNews Facebook page — 50 followers voted her photo as their favorite of the 139 votes cast.
“She loves to go there because you can pet and feed all the animals. We were taking a picture of the goat, and she photobombed it just as the wind blew her hair up!” commented Perkins.
The photo barely beat out (by 9 votes) second place — a photo of a boy fishing:
