SANDPOINT — It’s homecoming season which means football and crowns.

It was a big celebration for Eliyah Allen a student at Sandpoint High School on Friday, Oct. 5. He was crowned homecoming king during the football game, KREM reported.

Eliyah has Down Syndrome and students at Sandpoint High School voted him to be the 2018 king.

“A king in a crown,” he told KREM.
