Day 50: Halfway there

Today marks State Superintendent Debbie Critchfield’s 50th day in office.

Take a look back through EdNews’ First 100 Days Blog to see all that she’s been up to, from meeting about 100 staffers to presenting the K-12 and State Department of Education budgets to testifying on behalf of a parental rights bill. She’s been busy, no doubt.

Her 50th day was no different — it was packed with two interviews, two meetings with legislators, and a meeting with Gov. Brad Little’s staff.

She also attended the Senate Education Committee to support the financial literacy bill, which was unanimously approved and will advance to the Senate floor.
