IDAHO FALLS — Idaho Falls trustees are again turning to patrons about upgrading the district’s two high schools.

A controversial $110 million bond issue to rebuild Idaho Falls High School and remodel Skyline High School failed last month to receive the supermajority votes needed to pass.

The renewed call for feedback suggests that voters could see an adjusted measure back on the ballot in 2018.

The public can provide feedback about the upgrades via Thoughtexchange, an online platform that allows users to share ideas and consider and prioritize ideas shared by others. Click here to sign up or log in.

Fifty-eight percent of voters supported the $110 million November bond proposal, which the district said would have made both schools more suitable for modern learning.
