Video: This week’s ‘Idaho Reports’

It was a busy first week at the Idaho Legislature. To catch up, here’s this week’s “Idaho Reports” from Idaho Public Television.

The rundown:

A recap of the State of the State address.
A look ahead to budget issues with the chairs of the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee: Sen. Dean Cameron, R-Rupert, and Rep. Maxine Bell, R-Jerome.
A discussion on indigent medical issues with Sen. Dan Schmidt, D-Moscow, a physician.
The weekly pundits segment, focused mostly on education and election-year politics. I’m on the panel along with “Idaho Reports” hosts Melissa Davlin and Aaron Kunz, Betsy Russell of the Spokane Spokesman-Review and longtime political analyst Jim Weatherby.

Happy viewing, and have a good weekend.
