Superintendent Ybarra’s schedule: July 15-19

It’s mid-summer, but judging from state superintendent Sherri Ybarra’s weekly schedule, it’s also budget season.

Ybarra has two budget meetings Monday.

Ybarra’s K-12 and departmental budget requests are due to Gov. Brad Little’s on Sept. 1. From there, Little will craft his own 2020-21 budget requests, which he will present in January, at the start of the 2020 legislative session.
