Monday is not a holiday at the Statehouse. And it begins with the Legislature’s Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee meeting to draw up the K-12 budget proposals.

Not surprisingly, JFAC’s big meeting heads state superintendent Sherri Ybarra’s weekly schedule.

Also on the schedule: a meeting with Dwight Johnson, the head of the state’s career-technical education division.
