Shoshone will run another bond issue in November

The Shoshone School District will take another run at a $6 million bond issue in November.

The money would go toward a new multipurpose building that will include a stage and gymnasium, a vocational building and an alternative school building, according to the Twin Falls Times-News. The remainder would go into remodeling projects.

Shoshone sought a similar bond issue in August. The measure received 58 percent backing, but fell short of the two-thirds supermajority needed to pass a bond issue.
