Amid news of community spread in Idaho’s most densely populated areas, state leaders took two historic steps designed to slow the spread of novel coronavirus. On Monday, the State Board of Education issued a directive to close schools for four weeks. Then, on Wednesday, Gov. Brad Little announced a statewide three-week stay-home order.
