State superintendent Debbie Critchfield met with Gov. Brad Little Friday.

She also held a meeting with Interim Special Education Director Julie Meade, and a final executive staff meeting to round out the week.

She spent her free time preparing for next week’s budget presentation to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee.

This afternoon, the superintendent left Boise to return to Oakley. She’ll attend tonight’s basketball game at Oakley High School, where two alumni will be inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame.
