Mike Lanza

Idaho Parents and Teachers Together co-founder Mike Lanza chaired the statewide Vote No on Props 1, 2, and 3 campaign and he served on the governor’s Task Force For Improving Education. He lives in Boise and is the father of two school-age children.

Is education Idaho’s top priority?

If our elected leaders take the same approach to education that they have for many years—offering minimal, inadequate support—we can expect the same results: grossly unequal opportunity and not enough graduates continuing beyond high school.

Task force did its work — what’s next?

The Legislature has to hear from us in the coming weeks and months. We will be asking our supporters to call and e-mail legislators urging them to support these task force recommendations.
