It is clear that education is an area where our values and policies are not in sync.

Learning, in all of its forms, is not just a year-round pursuit, but a lifetime one. No one should be stuck in a part-time job when they need a full-time job. We seek opportunity for a lifetime of prosperity.

Idaho reserves 40 seats in the University of Washington School of Medicine for its residents. This program is not enough to address our declining availability of doctors.
