An in-depth series on Idaho’s four-day schools has received a statewide award for investigative reporting.
Idaho Public Television’s “Idaho Reports” received the Idaho State Broadcasters Association award Saturday. Idaho Education News and “Idaho Reports” collaborated on the project, examining the growth of four-day schools and their impact on students, families, staff and taxpayers.
The reporting project culminated in November, with a week-long series.
Idaho Education News and “Idaho Reports” are collaborating on another project — focused on the state’s $9.1 million literacy initiative. Watch for that project in November.
