Episode 237: Questions Emerge About Upcoming Legislative Session

Welcome to episode 237 of the Extra Credit podcast.

With a month to go until the schedule start of the 2021 legislative session, questions are emerging about whether it will be delayed or how it will look.

Gov. Brad Little told Idaho Education News he thinks legislators should seriously consider delaying the session or going remote.

House Minority Leader Ilana Rubel, D-Boise, also said legislators should delay the start off the session until a vaccine is available.

We’ll break down what we know about the safety and access questions.

We will be off next week on Dec. 18, but return for the final podcast of the year on or about Dec. 23.
